Why can't i lose weight???
For months i've been working out everyday except one resting day and have been on a diet and i haven't lost or even gained weight. I've just stayed within the same 2 or 3 pounds and it's really frustrating. Why can't i lose weight??

It's called a plateau. It happens when your body adjusts to your new habits and prevents you from losing weight. Make sure you are eating enough calories. Never eat below 1200. A good way to break a plateau is to calorie cycle..alternate between high and low calorie days. It keeps the body guessing and revs up your metabolism. Also you might try changing up you workout routine a bit. Try something intense like high intensity interval training 2x a week.
