I am losing weight to quick?!


Question: I am losing weight to quick!?
I was 154 lbs!. so i wanted to lose weight before school started so i cut back on eating in June and so i only ate 1,000 calories!. Soon after that i ended up eating only 800 calories and now in August i am 140 lbs and i can only take in 700-900 calories a day and i am obsessed with my body and i am losing weight pretty fast!. i know i will gain it all back but i can't stop myself from restricting how much i eat!. If i do eat over 1,000 calories a day i do feel really guilty about it and exercise like crazy that night!.what is wrong with me!? am i losing weight too quick!?

example of a daily meal:
breakfast-apple and water(not really hungry)
lunch- a plum and maybe a salad
dinner-baked chicken with no skin
no snacking on things

The fact that you said your are obsessed about being thin signals that you may have an eating disorder!. Please visit your doctor and talk to them about this!.

You will put back the weight plus more because the absolute minimum that an ADULT should eat (females) is 1200 calories per day!.

It's ideal to lose 2 lbs a week for healthy results!. You should eat about 1200-1300 calories minimum!. You don't have to exercise to lose weight, it's all about the calorie intake for the day!. The nice thing about doing cardio is it allows you eat another 400 calories for the day!. You should add more protein to your daily meal though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If that is really all you are eating, you are not losing weight in a healthy way!. You are not getting enough protein or grains, and your calorie consumption should never dip below 1000 calories!. If you feel you are obsessed with your body and appearance, you may have the beginnings of an eating disorder!. and I've lost 10 pounds in a month!.
I am kinda concerned about it too, but I am extremely consistent so I am almost sure I'll keep up my healthy life-style!.

Hmm, I dont think so!. I lost 34 pounds in a month it was pretty crazy!. I was eating like 500 calories a day and losing 1500 a day it was pretty insane!. But if you can handle it keep it up!Www@Answer-Health@Com
