hello I'm 21 yrs old I'm 5' 3" an I'm guessing i weigh about 170lbs!. i have two babies 1 an 2 an i NEVER exercise!. my main problem is my tummy area, love handle, and arms!. I'm trying to lose at least 40lbs now I'm not trying to lose my butt!!! wat r the best exercises, diets, and maybe pill for me!? i have no heath problems an I'm pretty healthy just trying to lose baby weight THANXWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have tried so many diets in my life that have failed me!. Diets don't work, eat what you want in moderation!. It took me a long time to realize that, I usually eat 6 times per day and I have lost about 10 pounds in the course of a month!. I use this site called slim!.com and it helps me manage the amount of calories I consume!. Its a free site so you don't have to participate in anything that involves you giving your credit card number!. I learned that to get to a healthier weight means that you have to change the way you view foods!. Processed foods are horrible for you!. Avoid them at all cost!. SO now your probably wondering ok well then what could i eat !? make your own food!. Thats the key and always eating every 2-3 hrs it helps keep up your metabolism!. Also the more you work out the more you could eat!. Many don't understand why but here I will explain!. Your body alone without any ex cerise normally burns 2,500 calories!. So lets say you went walking for 1 hour at a normal walking speed lets say 2 mph you would be burning 229 calories !. So now lets add what your body usually burns with the work out 2,500 + 229 calories=2729 in a day with that walking you would burn 2729 calories now the trick is to eat 500 calories less of 2729 which is the amount of calories you should consume to lose 1 pound a week!. If you were to walk every day for 1 hour eating 2229 calories a day you would lose 1 pound!. Your wondering why you have to subtract 500 !?!?!? in order to lose 1 pound you need to burn 3,500 calories 500x7( each day of the week)=3,500!. Be wise in the choices you make with food because 2229 calories is a good amount of food!. You wouldn't want 1000 calories waisted on a gross big mac with fries when you could have a tuna sandwich with cheese with chips for half of the amount of calories!. Well, you need to watch how many calories you eat!. Stay away from junk food and fast foods!.
*Incorporate some cardio or something you can do for 20-30 minutes getting your heart rate up a bit!. This will help 'stoke' up your fat burning fires!.

*Do not eat after 6-7pm at night! Watch how much fat you are consuming!. I would suggest staying away from pills as they are not always effective, they can be temporary results as well as the fact they can mess up your metabolism and the natural process of your bodies weightloss!.

**Try changing your eating habits and incorporating 20-30 minutes of cardio daily or at least 3-4 time weekly!
**Also incorporate some light weight training-arm curls, shoulder presses, pull overs etc!.

Easy thing!. I weighed 182 the start of this summer !.!.!.20 years old and 5'4!. I now weigh 170 and I'm planning on losing more!. Simply get a notebook and record what you eat!. If you don't want to exercise/don't like it, just go for a walk for about 30mins-1hr every day!. Do you like games!? Try a wii fit!.!. using my weight, I can burn 400 calories on the hula hoop game!! Record your food and keep it under 1200!. No more, no less!. Eat 5 small meals a day every 3-4 hours instead of 3 large meals to keep your metabolism going!. I'm a carb addict and doing this is how I've lost my weight!. I still eat cereal, sonic, subway, burgers and stuff I just take it easy on condiments, no cheese!.!.!. NO COKES/DR PEPPERS!! I started taking a fastin pill (prescribed by a doctor) that helps to make you feel full and not really eat much and the only exercise i do is walking atleast 30 minutes a day and i have lost like 17 lbs!. in 3 months so that has been working for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
