Running /Leg burn 10 pts.?!


Question: Running /Leg burn 10 pts!.!?
Whenever I go running at the gym my legs tend to rub against each other and now I have kinda of like a rug burn on my legs!. Any ideas or suggestions to help with that or anything I can take to prevent this!.

get a pair of under sport shorts to wear under your jogging shorts or pants!. Like softball sliding shorts or something similar!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like its chafing from the sweat!. I recommend compression shorts as they are called!. They come in all different brands and colors but a personal favorite are the Under Armour!.
