I really like ensure!. The strawberry one is my favorite but they also make a chocolate one which is pretty good and a banana one as well!. I got hooked on them when I needed to gain weight, but I still enjoy them as an occasional snack!. It's still a healthy shake!. You might also starbuck's new vivano chocolate banana smoothie!. I didn't like it that much!. It was too runny for me, but those are also quite nutritious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
