Answers:
whaye protein!. Eat lots of protein rich food like meat beans and pastas!.!. good old pb&j is a great way to make weight stick!. do 25 mins of cardio and hit the weights for the same!.!. work your body in a 3 day workout!.!.
day one do arms chest and shoulders(dont kill yourself with weight slowly work into it doing fewer and fewer reps with more and more weight) lots of reps with easy weight!. (if you can not do 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps you are using to much weight)
day 2 do back abbs and butt(squats and lunges while holding light weight situps and crunches)!.
day 3 work hips thighs calves and butt( your legs wil be the easiest to work they are already strong from daily use!.)!.!.
add someswimming and some sports like soccer or backetball to mix up your routine!. I would say about 10 lbs a year is average and healthy to add!. remember results dont happen in a day week or even a month!. you have to have patience and go at your own pace!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A weight gainer is great for this, as it gives you the calories to put on weight and the protein and carbs to nourish your muscles!. I take A weight gainer called muscle juice; 1020 calories per serving, 55g of protein and 162 carbs!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im going to assume you are younger as I respond to this!. Sounds like you have a skinnier body frame!. You need to find a high intake of calories, like musclemilk is great, and work out till muscle failure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should try dancing (Irish Dance, African Dance, Hip hop and aerobics are really good for this)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
