Stay away from diet pills, hydroxycut, ephedrine and anything along those lines!.

Anyone that says otherwise either has no idea what they are talking about or has been working out for a very long time and has tons of experience altering their diets and workout routines to get the really ripped look and just can not lose that spare little extra fat to do so!.

I've taken them, but it's like taking speed!. I dropped that really fast!. You run the risk of high blood preasure, and even a heart attack!. I would recommend you stay away from them!.
