HELP! HELP! HELP.............plz?
ok so.......im 13 years old im 152 pounds my height is 5;4....does anyone know any like a routine i can do so i can lose weight really fast plz help.....((if u have ever went to a weight program or wutever can u like guide me to like wut they do to help u lose ALOT of weight so FAST??))
i mean a routine like wut should i eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and wut kind of excerises should i do and for how long it would really help thnx =)

Man, I know just what you are going through!
I have my whole life.
I have recently lost 12 lbs in about 2 weeks.
I have been watching what I eat.
But I'm not big on veggies.
So I don't eat more than 1000 calories a day.
I exercise alot now.
I walk 3.5 mph for an 90 min. [which works out to 5 mi]
It's hard, and I wouldn't reccomend starting at that much.
Try walking for about 30 min, and progress up.
It gets easier.
