hey guys i am asking this question because i need help. ok i am 16 years young, i amd 5 ft 10 and i weigh about 160. i play football for my school's team and i am a very good, solid backer. people look at my size and when i say my position they dont believe me because i am so small. i eat well, with 3 meals a day and i hydrate myself too. the bad thing that i think is that my metabolism is fast so i dont gain much weight when i eat a lot. i have tried a weight gainer and it tastes HORRIBLE. i tried adding fruits and things like that but it just still tasted disgusting. i also started working out again (which i didnt have time to do for a few weeks) so im on a workout plan. if any of you guys, especially body builders or football athletes have any advice on getting bigger and bulkier in a couple of months i would be really thankfull.

You should attempt to continue taking the weight gainer; try a vanilla shake and put peanut butter in it. I do that with my protein shakes as well and it works great. Your diet is fine, but I'd change to a higher protein diet and about 6 meals a day. You are still young so you will burn a lot of calories. I would continue to exercise and do exactly what your doing. Give yourself another two years and step up the volume a little. It takes time, but keep working at it. The supplements at the store are not designed for your age, so keep eating and lifting and it will come. Good Luck!!!
