Question: Does Weight Watchers work!?
well, i am going to be honest and say that i am a pretty heavy girl, and so i have decided to go on weight watchers!.!.!.but, i was juat wondering if it actualy worked!!!
It would be great if someone gave me some feed back on it!

It does if you are committed!. I went when I was a lot younger and only lost 3 lbs because i was really bad at the point system!. I liked cookies and chips too much (still do!.) My mom managed to stick with it for 6 months or so and lost some weight, but as soon as she stopped counting points, she gained it back!. You really have to be ready for a lifestyle change to lose it and get it too stay off!.!.!. I have decided that I'd rather be fat and eat cookies (although I am starting a kickboxing class in a few weeks, so wish me luck) Www@Answer-Health@Com
