Do push ups actually make you stronger?!


Question: Do push ups actually make you stronger!?
I've been doing 200 push ups per day for abit more than a month now, i've noticed that my muscles are getting bigger and that i can do far more push ups in one go but is it actually making me stronger or just giving my more endurance!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, although there is a limit to how far you can increase strength without using weights - effectively, you're using your body as a weight which doesn't get appreciably heavier over time!. More push-ups *does* mean longer endurance, however, which is almost more important for the military!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
