Question: Will I gain weight by eating more calories again!?
Look !.!.before everyone attacks me!.!.!. I know I am "sick" and I want to get better, I've been sick for YEARS!. I am an adult!. I am not happy about the way I am!. So please don't attack me!. Oh, and yes I asked this last night, but more people might be on this morning!.

Lately, I've been resticting to 500 or less calories a day!.!.!.I did that for about 2 weeks!. I use to eat about 800 to 1000!. I also run about 13 miles a day!.!. keep that in mind!. Lately I've been going back up to about 800 calories a day!.!. sometimes more!. Since my body got use to the 500, will I gain!? Will I keep on losing!? I was losing before with 1000 calories a day!.

I was like you, I'd restrict my calories and think it would be okay!. After a few weeks, I noticed I was getting tired 10 minutes into my hour long runs!. I didn't understand why!. I also had no energy throughout the day and couldn't walk up the stairs without a massive effort!.

This sound familiar!?

You need to increase your calorie intake or you won't have enough energy to fuel your exercise!.

I've slowly started to increase it to 2000 and hey! what a surprise! I have the energy to run! I actually enjoy running! It also makes you run faster, which burns more, and you can run for longer, which burns more!.

Basically you need to eat enough so that you can ACTUALLY work out!. What's the point in eating hardly anything!? You can't keep it up for long as you'l burnout and not be able to workout!.

You know deep down you need to be eating more!. I know it's hard, believe me!. The fear of weight gain is so strong!. BUT you know in your heart you need to eat more and it's logical!. I used to think "I'll get fat if I eat 2000 calories a day" but then I'd say "Wait a minute, this isn't possible as I'm running 40 miles per week"!. You need to apply logic and get rid of the irrational thinking!.

yes, by going up to more calories you will gain weight!. You need to eat your usual amount every other day, and on the days your not eating that amount eat 1,000!. Do that for a week!. Then make 1,000 your every other day amount, and 1500 the other days!. Good luck!
