Answers:
Good morning Ryan
Whatever your repetitions are
for your exercising
but I would cut back on the number repeated!.
For example if you do 3 sets of 10 that would be 30
so
cut back by fifteen
3 repeats of 5
I wouldn't just up and stop
unless its giving you chest pains in which
see the doctor fast!.

There are a couple of things to take into consideration!.
1) Did you do a full-body workout!?
2) If so, let your body rest, because if you are still sore, your muscles are still not full recovered!.
3) If you only worked out, let's say, your legs!. And they are sore, then you can workout your chest, shoudlers, arms, back, etc!.
4) If you are sore all over, just rest, drink plenty of water and eat protein and carbs!. i!.e!. Chicken, rice, veggies!.

I hope this helps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to keep stretching and moving the sore muscles so that they don't tense up!. Taking a hot bath or going in the hot tub can help!. You should keep exercising a little bit to help loosen the muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would wait because your muscles are still repairing to be bigger!. if you do it today then you will just rip them more and they won't repair!. just eat a lot of protein and carbs and wait till they are better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its not neccesary to wait untill your body is complety free from soreness!.

as long as u are training different muscles!.!.!.!.!. and sometimes the soreness gets loosened up in your next workout

try taking epsom salt baths it helps a bit!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
