You need to reduce your sugar and wheat intake!.
For breakfast eat porridge/oatmeal with cinnamon (no salt or sugar), or rice cereal, try to include some fruit with it too, like apple or cranberries!.
For lunch stick to jacket potatoes or better yet nice crunchy salad with some tuna or baked beans!.
In the evening you should try to eat fish 2 or 3 times a week and eat white meat like chicken and turkey!. Make sure you include vegitables and salad there too!. Have a small amount of carbs with it, like wholewheat rice or cous cous!.
But exercise is so important too, it raises your metabolism so that you burn more of the calories you consume and they dont turn into fat so quickly!. You will also feel more alert as more oxygen gets into your body which it craves!
Try to do 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day if you can, like walking to work or going for a bike ride!. It works for me as I am losing weight at the moment :) xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

here is what my dietician suggests !. follow a practical diet!. start
your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your
plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb!.remember
potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category, 25 per cent
protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.have a protein shake if you
like too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!.
