I didn't eat for day and half but granola,and chips ?!


Question: I didn't eat for day and half but granola,and chips !?
i ofcourse ate small pastery and took loads of water ,the thing is that i m now so hungry ,very hungry
yesterday i didnt eat after lunch and till now in the night i just thought it was wise not eat *YOu know summer and lots of visits and i m afraid to gain weight and the fear hits my skin not my heart*
now i want to eat from pizza hut i m hungry like crazy ,and feel my head pounding!?what do you think ,i should i do,should i just eat another granola and sleep ,or just eat the pizza i crave
my weight is about 81lb but i m still trying to not to gain weight

81 ib is very little but it depends on ur height!.!. dont starve urself because in the end ur gna eat again !.!. ive been dieting for 4months now and my whole life ive been dieting but this 1 worked!.!. for breakfast u have to eat anything u want and good amount !.!. for lunch eat salad with something grilled!.!. either chicken or meat or fish!.!. when ur hungry eat an apple !.!. dont eat 4 hrs before u sleep !.!. drink tea or nescafe or water!.!. and go jogging or any sport about 3 or 4 times a week!.!. that way u wont be so hungry and u will loose weight!.!. but u need to be patient!.!. i tryed the starving diet and i lost alot of weight but then i gained even more wen i ate normally again !.!. and if u want to stay the same weight !.!. eat anything but not big in portions!.!. if u want chocolate eat it twice a week!.!. so ur body will get used to it and stay the same way Www@Answer-Health@Com

81 pounds!!? how old are you, and whats your height, because that could be considered unhealthy!. You'll feel sicker if you go for the processed, fried, and greased stuff!.!. when you do eat carbs, have things like cereal, that are lowfat and filling!. vegetables and fruits are natures sugar, they're so good for you, and you're treating yourself at the same time!. dont cut off from food completely or fast!.!. just keep a regular diet and your weight shouldnt changeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat and enjoy eating, life is far too short to worry about your weight!.
Seriously, eat what you want and tomorrow, if you want to do some exercise, fine but your body is craving carbs and it's telling you, you need to eat!.

Eat what you want! Seriously, have some pizza but some vegetables and ranch along with it!. You're going to make yourself sick if you don't eat!. If you exercise regularly and eat a good amount, you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you'll pass out!.!. thats what i did on accident!.!. i was shopping and tried to wait to eat!.!.

sleep will make you hungier, just get some pizza and go relax on the couch or somthing!.!.

you dont need to lose anymore!.!. seriously go eat because that granola bar might give you a little energy but you'll be hungry in a few minutes again
you cant cut down on the eating like that, you have to eat the regular breakfast and dinner, you can cut lunch but you must have breakfast and dinner or you'll be an unhealthy underweight person !.!. which will cause permanent damage to your bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com

You're dizzy and your head hurts because the foods you are eating (when you eat) are mostly carbs (sugars and starches)!. These go straight to your bloodstream to give you a quick boost, but get used up quickly, so then your body crashes!. Think of them sort of like firecrackers that give you a burst, and then burn right out!. When you don't eat again for a long time, your body struggles to find the energy to keep going!.

I totally understand how you feel about keeping your weight down, especially during the summer!. You will have better results AND feel better if you try the following:

1) Eat small meals/snacks every few hours!. This keeps your body from thinking it is starving by not waiting so long to eat, so your metabolism stays higher and actually burns more calories!. [Notice I said SMALL meals!.!.!.I'm not suggesting you eat a whole pizza!.]

2) When you eat, choose lean proteins (lean meats, peanut butter, beans, etc!.), veggies, and whole grains (whole wheat toast, whole grain pasta, brown rice, corn tortillas/chips, unsweetened cereals)!. These recommended foods will make you feel full longer and release energy to your body more slowly over time (so you won't run out)!. Stay away from anything with sugar or white flour (like your pastries and granola)!.

3) Continue drinking lots of water!. That's always good for your body!.
