Simple ways to get toned/lose weight?!


Question: Simple ways to get toned/lose weight!?
i need some easy ways to exercise at home!. I'm 13 so i don't plan on going to a gym anytime soon!. i have a punching bag and weights and an ab king pro (don't laugh) :P

what are some ways to get some abs and lose weight!.

Your house is practically a gym! Try going for long walks everyday, then the punching bags for about 30mins then use 5 pound weights and do 30 curls!. You can start off little by little but then slowly increase when it becomes regularly to you'll think it's easy!. But after wards when u where u want to be don't stop you have to continue excersing either take some activity when school starts because if u try doing this when school comes tough luck!.
