Weight loss question... please help.?!

i am a 17 year old girl that weighs 165 and is 5'6!. i was wondering how much weight can i lose in 3 weeks by running on the treadmill everyday for 45 min, lifting weights(chest exercises), doing squats, lunges, crunches, and pushups everyday!. also i will be dieting and eating healthier!. i am NOT crash dieting though!. i am eating 3 times a day with no snacks or junkfood in between!. i am also drinking 8 glasses of water a day!.

Depending how fast you run, how much you eat, how long your physical exercises stay, how many reps, and how long you sleep, it's possible to lose up to 5-15 pounds!. I lost that much in two to three weeks!. I'm 5"3, I used to be 155, dropped to 145!. I jogged for an hour plus a day, lifted 30 pounds for 40-50 reps, and those same number of reps for squat thrusts, push ups, chin ups, mountain climb crunches, and I drank two full glasses of water before running these exercises!. Coupled with just enough food to satiate hunger, like a single sitting but full meal each, a couple of juice drinks to help supplement acidity levels for snacks instead of junk, you're bound to lose at least 5 and at most 15!.
