How can a 13 old loose fat and flast stomach?!


Question: How can a 13 old loose fat and flast stomach!?
Ok I have a big job!. I have to watch 2 13 old girls for a month! I'm getting paid couple hundred dollars!. And i'm getting paid extra to help them loose 5lbs and to have a flat stomach!. Ok these girls listen good but are bad at eating healthy and eating!. They won't eat breakfast or lunch which they gain weight!. So this is my plan for them and its going to start on first day of school!.
Breakfast,fruit,yogurt
Lunch,potato or salad
Snack, apples/peanut butter,watermelon or tangerine
Dinner, it really depend but there will always be veggies
And for monday through friday each day for exercises there going to do
20 squats
100 jumping jacks
50 push up/knee
50 sit up
and there going to do all of that on saturday and sunday to but on sat, and sun, there going to do 30 min on tread mill each of those days and walk a dog around the block each!. Will this help loose 5 lbs in one month and for flat stomach and they don't have a fat stomach but just a little and i have to do what mom says so how can you loose stomach fat for flat tummy!? And is this good to loose 5lbs!?

I'm a teenager myself and i think i will get rather bored of this plan!.
Some simple tips for you:
* Change the food plan its rather boring i think you should put more exciting healthy food up there and get them to help you prepare and cook the food that way their more likely want to eat it!.

* Also what a bunch of boring exercises for 13 year olds if they are going to be doing this everyday!
I think you should take them to a local sports centre and get them playing some fun sports or go swimming as either way keeping active and eating healthy will help them to shift any excess weight!.

As for the flat stomach their 13 why do they need a flat stomach as long as their fit and healthy does it really matter if they have a flat stomach or not!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

its much better to get them just toning the muscles in and around the stomach, push ups are no good and they just make the arms stronger!. i suggest going out as a group to the park with the dog and find activities to do, maybe a healthy picnic!?!.
sit ups are great but make sure they drink plenty of water as that not only stops dehydration but even stops acne

First of off, it doesn't really seem all that balanced, and do NOT eat a potato for lunch, too many carbs!. Have some whole-grains and take smaller portions!.

It might help you after a couple weeks ot months!.
You can't spot train either!.
