I personally would exercise 30 mins to 1 hour a day but would give it a break when ever you feel weak and sore!. i used to (and still) exercise on my treadmill everyday for 1 hour or however long it would take to lose 400 calories!. But DON'T over due it!. if you are doing it to lose weight, i would suggest you,

1!.Eat 400 calories each worth of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, (or a bit more for dinner) so that you only intake 1200 calories a day or so!.

2!.Then exercise and lose 400 calories so that you work off one of those meals!. BUT do not over due, exercise bit by bit until you feel ready to lose 400 calories a day!.

3!.Eat more healthily!.

4!.Don't consume too much saturated fats!.

This way of exercise and eating lost me 1 stone, prob more if i did'nt decide to slow it down!. But sometimes it takes a while to lose weight so just keep at it!.

GOOD LUCK! =) Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was really overweight last year and the only thing i thought i could do was work out everyday, but it didnt work because my body needed time to rest, and it was a bad idea, so in the end i decided i would work out (monday , tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday day off for rest and then on weekend do some sports ) best way i think , plus eating healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
