Question: How do i lose weight fast without pills or diet plans!?!!?!!?
I'm a tween and i weigh 140 lbs!. I want to lose weight even if people say I'm the perfect weight!. I think I'm at least a little over the weight!!!! But I just want to lose 40 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are fine! Since your a tween you will get taller, so you will just even out if you just keep your weight consistent!. Losing weight takes time, and trying to do it fast will land you in some serious trouble!. Avoid fad diets, the best way is to tone up by going to the gym and keeping track of what you eat daily!. 40lbs is impossible, try 5 and believe me, you will see the difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What!? You just want to lose 40 lbs!? 40!! That is not a just, people who weigh 250 - 300 lbs want to loose just 40! You are practically saying you want to loose 1/3 of your weight! This is very unhealthy and if this is serious question you should seriously seek help!. If you are 140 and seriously think you need to lose any weight, then it should be 5 lbs, 10 lbs at the most!. I'm not sure how tall you are but I think it's too much, anyway, you should have a balanced diet with lots of vegetables, salad, lean meat and fiber!.
Exercise 5x week preference cardio, by doing this you will be able to lose some weight!.
Don't forget you shouldn't eat less than 1500 calories a day!.

Weight is not important
My dad is a fitness trainer and he weights 218 pounds But is only 5% body fat so by definition he is overweight/
You should measure what your loosing by the waistband on your pants not the scale, because muscle weights more then fat and is slimmer!.
