Is this diet okay for a while?!


Question: Is this diet okay for a while!?
I am trying to loose a significant amount of weight (like 50lbs) and I was wondering how I can loose 10-15 pounds fairly quickly without serious exercise!. I know that I will need to exercise, and I have no problem with that, but for now I have a really busy schedule, not to mention carrying around 50 extra pounds makes jogging/running difficult!.
Basically, I have been drinking a lot of water each day, eating a peach or apple for breakfast, some club crackers as a snack, a sandwich with some thinly sliced deli meat (usually turkey) for lunch, and a small piece of chicken with a side salad for dinner!. I also get in a 20-30 minute walk three of four times a week!.
I am wondering if this sounds like a good, healthy diet!?
I could easily cut back if it sounds like too much!. I am hardly ever hungry!.
I'd really appreciate any advise/suggestions!.

Your diet sounds like a great one!. I would add in a small amount of calcium like maybe a fat free yogurt or something like that but other than that if you keep the diet up with the walking then you should lose the first 10 - 15 pounds in about a month to 6 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with the person who mentions protein!. Eat more protein & fat than carbs and you won't feel hungry and you'll start losing weight!. Keep up the walking, this will help alot!Www@Answer-Health@Com
