Question: Why do I gain weight in my breasts, back and shoulders!?

everyone has their own weight gain spots; some areas of the body will gain weight while others look unaffected completely!.

you could to strength training exercises for those areas, however cardio shaves pounds off the whole body and makes everything appear put together!. combining cardio workouts and strength training targeting those areas, you should be good to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its all in genetics im afriad! when i gain weight its ALL in the breasts <(T_T)> 36D
when i loose weight its ALL in the stomach (27 inches)

where i have a friend who looses all her weight in her breasts and gains in ALL in her stomach area

Do pullups, bench, military press, pullovers!. Lots of compound exercises!.

Push ups probably wont give you huge definition in your upper body, i've even heard of it lessening chest growth if you are working out, unless you do weighted pushups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
