Ground Beef 92% Lean

This will be quite long; I'm currently on a weight gain plan, because I'm underweight at the moment

Shredded wheat w/ semi-skimmed milk
Two slices of wholemeal toast with honey
One banana
A glass of orange juice

Cereal bar
Bag of popcorn
Nectarine

Chicken salad sandwich w/ chilli sauce
Apple
Strawberry Yoghurt w/ oat clusters
Galaxy Chocolate bar

Pear
Slice of wholemeal toast w/ peanut butter
Bag of raisins

Spaghetti Bolognese w/ parmesan cheese
Large salad
A mixed-olive roll

Half a tub of Cookie Dough ice cream
Chocolate Chip Muffin

Glass of warm milk
Oreo Cookies

I'm pregnant so my diet has changed and have had to add in dairy ( yuck ) but need the calcium and fat for baby and myself !.

Breakfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal ( plain 0 , 6 egg whites and one yolk scrambled

Snack - protein shake / fruit

Lunch - Large chicken breast salad and greens and mozz cheese - oil and vinaigrette dressing

Snack - either oatmeal w/ natural pb or 1/2 cup of cottage cheese or lite yogurt

Dinner - Large chicken breast with veggies and small salad

Snack - cottage cheese or glass of milk

I also drink a gallon of water a day !. I do have a cheat day once a week !. By maintaining a healthy diet in this pregnancy with exercise I've only gained 18lbs and have 26 days left and baby will be over 7lbs :) !. I still have a good amount of muscle mass as well !. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Today I started with 2 chocolate fudge pop tarts and a cup of milk!. i then came to work and had another chocolate fudge pop tart with more milk!. i am now snacking on some sun chips (Cheddar flavor) and for lunch i might have some pasta or maybe a burger!. I am also drinking pepsi!. wow, now that i put it on paper, i am a pig!. but I'm still pretty fit so i guess its okay!. by the way i work out 5 days a week, so i justify my bad habits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pasta Jambalaya (made with black beans, turkey kielbasa, diced tomatoes, whole wheat penne pasta, onions, red pepper and cajun seasoning)
sourdough roll
water

After dinner:
1 (single) snack size Reeses cup

Pizza & chips
Mash pork and cheese sauce

Cup of tea, with skimmed milk

Snack: Herbal tea & banana or apple

Lunch: Sandwich or salad

Snack: pack of crisps & Herbal tea

Dinner: boiled egg and 1 slice of white bread

snack: Apple!.

Water for when i am thirsty
