Question: Dieting, what works!?
Ok, has anyone tried any really good diets!?
I want to lose about a stone or two!.
Im 5ft 7!.

Im just really down right now and i know some weight loss will help me feel a little better about myself!

losing weight is like getting an annoying puppy!. both make you feel excited and happy and fulfilled for a little bit!. but in the long run, taking care of that little stinker is going to be like taking care of that voice in your head that keeps telling you to lose weight once you're done!. even if you've always loved yourself and your body, when the motives in your head change, so does the way you think of yourself!. once the motive is to lose weight, things change and it's called an eating disorder!.
if you've been feeling down for a long time, talk to a doc about depression and get medicine,
otherwise, try to find another way to make yourself feel a little more confident!. work on something that will make a difference in your life for the better not the worse!.
and eat healthy and don't drink soda and don't eat chips and candy, that's what i do! i love it! it makes me so proud!

The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day!. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer!.
