How much should I be eating to maintain this weight?
Answers:
I assume you've already had the baby and that you're talking about losing weight after baby is born.
If you're nursing, you still need the extra 500 calories per day, just like when you're pregnant.
If you're not pregnant, and not nursing, then cutting out 500 calories per day will help you lose 1 pound per week (3500 calories=1 pound). Light exercise helps also. The combination of exercise and reducing your total calories can help you lose even 2-3 pounds per week.
