How much weight do you want to lose!?
I want to lose about 15 pounds and I am thinking about extreme fat smash diet, 12 lbs in 3 weeks!.
If you have a lot more to lose you can also try the fat smash diet, the regular one, not the extreme!. I've heard good things about both!.
Or, you can just eat healthy and exercise without sticking to a specific plan!.
If you don't know what workouts to do, there is a great website I have been using, freetrainers!.com
