Hi Babin

I'm a competitive bodybuilder!.!.!. and from experience I know that building muscle is a really simple equation - it's a third training in the gym / a third diet / a third rest!.

There's a link at the end of my answer that I think links to the best resource on the internet but first a few pearls of wisdom that have helped me:

Training:
** Always lift as heavy as you can whilst being safe and maintaining good technique and posture
** Never cheat by rocking your back or using other body parts!. This is how injuries occur!.
** Have something to eat before you train to give you some energy to complete the exercises

Eating:
** Have a protein shake as soon as you finish training!. Protein is essential to build muscle and your muscles are ready for building as soon as you are finished training
** Try to eat well and have a high protein intake
** Eating complex carbs wont make you build mass, but will regulate you GI and stop you feeling peaks and troughs in energy, and possibly help to avoid the deposition of fat

Rest:
** Make sure you have some good rest and sleep!.

Tuesday: Traps, Back
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: Legs, Forearms
Friday: Chest, Biceps
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: OFF

Here is some general knowledge you'll need to see any results in bodybuilding:

-Eat more calories than you can burn if you plan on gaining any mass; these calories must come from healthy sources
-You will require lots of complex carbohydrates (for mass), and 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight (to repair your muscles)!.
-Whey protein is the best protein supplement out there
-You need 7+ hours of sleep a day to allow your muscles to grow
