Late night snack anyone?!

Question: Late night snack anyone!?
I know it's awful to eat after like 7 or 8pm, but I just finished a late work out (albiet a small one!.!.!.only 30 minutes) and feel hungry!. I'm sipping water, but if I'm still hungry in like 10 minutes, is there something small but filling I can eat that won't totally wreck my diet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Anything healthy!

For example :
- apple (can be 40 - 80 calories depending on size / kind)
- celery with peanut butter (celery = 0 calories, hurray!)
- banana (about 100)
- slice of wheat bread with jam (about 50 for bread and 50 for jam = 100)

The average person burns up to 70 calories an hour so just stay up about an hour after you eat!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are on a diet!.!.!.!.!.

dry (healthy) cereal, jello, banana, apple, strawberries, cantaloupe, grapes, blueberries, grahm crackers,

AND!.!.!.!.!.if you are on a "live-it" and not a diet, then you could eat pretty much whatever you wanted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I always eat a banana! Apples are good too because they have lots of fiber in them!. You can even add a touch of peanut butter to them!. Great after a work out! Remember its good to eat because it keeps your metabolism working!

Happy dieting!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Like most critiques claim eating late is not that bad!. Its what you eat late at night thats bad!. Eat anything natural no processed foods!. Something like a banana!. A piece of chicken!. Nuts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

anything with a lot of fiber like:

triscuits
shredded wheat with low fat milk
some pinto beans
peanut butter on whole grain toast

drink plenty of water with your snack and your stomach will be happy before bedtime!.
