The old standards work best - there is a reason they have been around for a while. I would suggest the bicycle and crunches where you are crossing your body. The crossing motion allows more muscles to fire. Also twists on a bench (sit like you are doing a sit-up on a decline bench, hold your body at 90 degrees, have a stick on across your shoulders and just twist your torso) - those work great. Ultimately defined abs are a combinations of strong core muscles and low body fat. Chances are you already have a "six pack", it just needs to be uncovered. A regime combining good nutrition, cardio exercise with weight training and ab work-outs will give you the best and fastest results.
