Help PLEASE!?!

Help PLEASE!?

I am an overweight teen and I am SO sick of it. I'm thirteen almost fourteen and I hate being so big. I really do want to excersise but my parents make it SO difficult. I'm not aloud to go for walks by myself, ride my bike by myself, I'm not alloud to buy any excersise equipment, and I can't go to the gym with friends because 'I might get hurt'. My mom tells me to DDR and let that be my form of excersise.
That's fine. DDR is fun, and I guess it's excersise. But I'm not going to lose weight on DDR alone! I've tried talking to my parents about being so over protective but they WON'T budge.

Is there any form of excersise or a good workout I can get with out any equipment, and just in my bedroom?

Wow.. they should loosin up a little, i mean your wanting to lose weight... thats just wrong of them.. First of all.. dont starve your self.. that will mess your metabolism up big time.. The secret to this all is eating in the right portions.. and portion control... eat 6 times a day, SMALL meals!.. stay clear of carbs!.. and SALT!.. , tell your parents to get you some yogart, and fruit, and eat that every morning! Green tea is good, and good for you drink that at all meal times, if not green tea, then drink regualar tea with Splenda 0 cal, and if not that, lemon water.
Snacks- buy the 100 calorie snacks.. and eat that for your 2 snacks out the day. or a fruit in the morning, you dont want to eat fruit too late or the sugar turns into fat!.. so either breakfest or morning snack and the 100 calorie packs come in all kinda food, from cookies- chips- popcorn, and the popcorn is actually very good!..
For lunch, i eat lean cuisines and Smart Ones meals everyday or just a sandwhich and I LOVE THEM! they are great!.. and healthy! I dont like microwavable food, but i like those! ;) ..
for afternoon snack, i eat 100 calorie snack, another yogart, or the kellogs cerel bars, those are great too!..
Dinner- this can be hard you want to eat more for lunch and less for dinner!.. because its closer to night time.. Eat Chicken!.. something like corn tortillas and guchamole ( i kno i spelt that wrong ) .. its healthy.. everything you buy , buy weat and corn.. or eat another LC meal or Smart ones.. wont hurt anything.. make sure you DRINK WATER ALL DAY LONG!!!!! I CANT SAY THIS ENOUGH! YOU WILL LOSE SOO MUCH WEIGHT JUST DRINKING WATER ALL DAY I PROMISE! .. Have a water bottle with you all day ( its summer no school ) .. and when your in school.. i dont know if you can, but try to have it on you all the time there too!..
Remember the S's -NO SALT AND NO SUGAR! .. They have a ab cruncher thing at target for 15$.. it works use it every night and try to do 50 a night starting out, every night add 5!.. Order the Arobic videos and do them in your room!.. The key is also to get your self sweaty! as much as us girls hate it, thats when your fat is melting!
