I binged/ate very unhealthy...what can i do for tomorrow...please please help?!


Question: I binged/ate very unhealthy!.!.!.what can i do for tomorrow!.!.!.please please help!?
okay so im 17, 5'5'', and 115-117 lbs ( as of last weekend)
and everyday this week ive been eating 1200-1350 calories, and working out (running a lot, crunches, pilates) and then on top of that i have 3 hour practices 4 days a week!.

so i think ive been okay for the most part!.
except for today!.

okay i ate 100 cal fat free yogurt and 170 cal whole wheat bagel for breakfast!. then a 150 calories sandwich (turkey, whole wheat bread low cal), shredded wheat cereal (120 cal), 5 meringue cookies (50 cal), and one small banana (100 cal)
so in all that was lets say 750 calories!.

then i had 3 hour practice and came home and binged!.
i had 7 thin slices of zucchini cooked on grill, a small fruit bowl, 2 chicken tacos made with grilled chicken, fat free cheese, fat free sour cream, and whole wheat tortilla shells each 70 cals!. and then the bad part!.!.!.i had tortilla chips from a mexican restaurant!.!.which means they were loaded with fat grams!.

im so angry at myself!.

in all my dinner was prbably like 700 calories!.!.my god i dont even want to think about how much i ate!.

and i didnt run after practice or exercise more!. which was stupid of me!.


so tomorrow im going to run 3-4 miles, 200 crunches, lots of pilates, and some machines at gym!. no matter what!.

if i eat healthy and 1200 cals, will that make up for my bad day today!? do you honestly think i may have gained weight from this!? im so scard to weigh myself tomorrow!.!.

If you gained weight it's not going to be a huge number on the scale!. Obviously it seems like you are very good about your figure!.
Please, don't worry!. The way you work out if you did gain weight those pounds should come off easily!.

You won't gain 10 pounds with eating what you just ate!. Calm down!.

I eat fast food 3/4 times a week (oh kill me, i live in america) and work out for only ten minutes a day!. The most I gave gained since I started this nasty eating habit it 10 pounds!. And that was when I would never work out!. I also walk my dog 3 times a day for 20 minutes!.
I eat big macs, whoppers, cheesburgers and all that fatty nasty stuff and I am no beast!. I am only 110 pounds and 5"3!.
