Is this a healthy meal plan for the day after a binge/bad eating day...please he!

Question: Is this a healthy meal plan for the day after a binge/bad eating day!.!.!.please help!?
okay so i ate badly today to say the least!.
im going to run 3-4 miles, 200+ crunches, and pilates!. maybe some machines for weights!.

wake up at 11 or 12!.
and then ill have a bowl of fiber one cereal with skim milk, a sandwich with 80 cal whole wheat bread, natural organic peanut butter (1 tbsp), fresh cut strawberries on it, and half a banana cut on it!.

so that would be about 480 calories!.!.!.so maybe a 100 cal pack cookie thing with that and thatd be 580 calories!.

then ill do act prep stuff, homework, and a project!.
then have a 90 cal granola bar!.

then go out with friends or whatever!.

then come home to eat dinner
-smart ones lasagna and 40 calorie whole wheat bread
or
-2 whole grain waffles and a 100 cal fat free yogurt!.

or just something healthy and around 500 calories!.
and then ill workout!.

and maybe after have another granola bar!.

will that be good and make up for bad and unhealthy eating today

thanks

im 17, 5'5'', and 115-117 lbsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Don't eat cereal AND a sandwich!. Have that sandwich for lunch instead!. You don't need that much food!. Don't eat the 100 Calorie Pack either, 100 Calorie Packs are crap, and the extra 100 calories is unnecessary!. For dinner, don't have lasagna AND bread!. You don't need the granola bars either!. Your idea of healthy is not healthy at all!. Have you ever heard of fruits and vegetables!? Try them, they're healthy AND they taste good!. Cut down on the number of carbs you eat, and eat more protein and fiber!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all if you 17 and "5,5" and you weigh 115 then you skinny but if you still want to diet then you shouldnt eat so much carbs like cookies and lasagnaWww@Answer-Health@Com
