Best exercises for...?!


Question: Best exercises for!.!.!.!?
inner thighs, arm flab, and lower abs!.!.!. something i can do at home
i already do pilates, tummy crunches, push ups and 20 minutes of cardio per day
things at my disposal:
pilates circle, 3, 5, and 20 pound ankle weights, and 3 pound weights!.
