Question: I had like 10 chicken pieces, !?
hey guys,
i ate like 10 chicken leg pieces today, i'm guessing each was anywhere from 200-300cal!.!.!.Had it for dinner!.!.loll!.!.!.was it bad:O

It is okay to eat like that every once in awhile!. But, don't eat like that often!. You will probably be okay and not gain any weight, but if you make it a habit, then you sadly probably will!. Just don't over do it everyday and you should be fine! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm trying to lose weight myself and it's so hard not to eat fast food or all the chicken wings instead of just a couple!

Calorie counting is important and if your going to heavy you need to burn off those calories!.

Also drink water with your meals instead of soda or high calorie drinks!.

I'm no expert but I just know what has worked for me!

All that to say!.!.!. that what you ate wasn't bad but if your trying to lose weight or maintain you should burn off those calories and not eat foods like that everyday!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is not healthy to eat that much on dinner !.!.!. but chicken doesn't have lots of fat !.!.!.
