Question: Did i ruin my diet by eating!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
on my diet i was only suppose to eat veggies, but i was starving after getting my hair done and went to Wendy's to get:
a small frie
10 piece chicken nuggets
a water
did i ruin my diet!?

No!. I don't think so!.
You shouldn't be just eating veggies!. It's going to make you tired and really hungry!. Make sure that you get some protein into your diet like some lean chicken or fish and you do need some carbs for your body to be able to function properly!. If you try to follow a balanced diet and exercise regularly, you'll get to your goals in no time, but fads like this one are going to ruin your metabolism and you could eventually gain weight in the end!.

If anything you are probably damaging your body by not eating, reduce calories yes, but your body needs nutrition to survive!. you meals should be balanced with carb protien and veggies, and try to eat every 3 hrs, so your body speeds up its metabolism, and stick to veggies and protien in the late aftenoon and evening meals!. your body needs more than veggies, you ned to build muscle with protien, muscle is what buns fat!. and dont eat late at night!. keep healthy snacks with you in your purse so you don't have to resort to wendys with a snack attack, Remember it takes less food to prevent hunger than to satisfy it!.!.!.!.!. no your diet is not ruined,,,,,,Www@Answer-Health@Com
that wont ruin your diet!. But your probably seriously lacking some nutrients!. Start eating a variety of healthy foods!. You'll still loose weight, and will be able to keep it off when your done loosing the weight!. Because if you eat only veggies now, and then go back to eating normal, your body will gain a lot of the weight back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
