How do I burn Fat/Calories?!


Question: How do I burn Fat/Calories!?
so i work out about and 1hr a day im trying to get up to 2 hours a day!. but i need help with more cardio workouts!.

any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

how about things like walking instead of the car, taking stairs, running is an excellent way to burn calories!. Join a running club!.

Also, remember that you have to eat a lot to make sure your body is getting enough food!. Your morning meal should be the largest and you should space out your meals about two to three hours apart!. (meals and snacks)!. Eat a lot of veggies and fruit and less pastas and carbs!. don't forget your protein!.

Cardio is great; however if you also throw in some weight training it would go a long way to help you with weight loss!. Muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space!. The more muscle you have the more calories you'll burn, even while at rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try running!. I started out going to the gym and going on the elliptical and lifting weights!. One day I started to try running on the treadmill!. I started at a 6 mph speed for 10 minutes then walked for 10 minutes for 1 hour!. I then tried to go a little slower for longer!. I went 5 MPH for an hour and it was amazing!! Ever since then you can't stop me!. Now I am training for a half marathon!.

Having a set goal of a 5K or some kind of race is really good for motivation!. You could also try biking and do some biking races!.
