Question: How do i get skinny fast!?
i need a diet tht is healthy and works fast!. But i dont want to try weightwatchers or any other diet program!. i need a quick healthy solution!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's no such thing as healthy and fast!. Bascially your body has a set point, a weight it wants to be and works to maintain!. If you lose weight too fast you don't lower your set point, it wants you to eat more and put the weight back on!. If you lose slowly then you lower the set point!. I lost about 25lbs!. Most of it came off in about 3-4 months by running, walking, swimming or cycling every day and doing weights and resistance stuff every second day!. I kept to about 1800 calories a day!. No junk, mainly fresh stuff and drink water (not juice or other)!. First of all, losing too much weight too fast is unheathly!. Any healthy diet with take atleast 2 months!. Eat lots of heathly vereal(like plain cheerios or wheaties!. Exersice alot, and don;t drink pop or sports drinks!. Don;t eat fast food, and maybe become a temperairy vegitarian, and don;t eat much meat!. Try to eat more breakfast and less dinner, because dinner is later in the day, and you have less time to burn it off!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

there is a lil excercise tht u could go up and down the stairs and if u want u could have a lil entertainer as the tv

or if u have a treadmill then just run on tht for 30-60 min!.

do sit-ups for a long time so u can lose weight quite fast

go to the park and they usually have a track and run bout 10 - 20 laps a dayy!.!.


just dont work too hasrd cuz u can have a lot of cramps
breath in from ur nose and out ur mouth!.!. it helps not getting cramps

It's un-healthy to lose a certain amount of weight fast!. Maybe try a diet that'll be obtained for a few weeks-months!. Excerise well, and long!. I don't know any good meals I could recommend but, just incase you ever think of it, starving yourself is not the best and healthy solution!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay I would start with do not eat out or get starbucks or any of those types of drinnks they are HIGH in calories!! So Go to the gym run, do abb excersizes become a vegiterrian but don't Forget your baody does need protein so don't cut off all fats!!
