How can i get bigger thighs???!


Question: How can i get bigger thighs!?!?!?
I would like to know if running 2 miles a day or sometimes 3 miles a day will make my thighs bigger!?!? Or if not what can!? and i would like to know how many reps of squats i need to do to see an improvment and how long it would take !.!.!.thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Running will not make your thighs bigger!. In fact, really extensive runners (marathon runners) often have very skinny legs!. (They are really lean and light weight making running easier!.)

Squats WILL make your thighs bigger!. You need to do it for years before you have noticeably thick thighs, but you'll start to seem some development within a month!.

For squats, I would not go above reps of 10!. So you're going to need to go pretty heavy!.
Your last set should be no more than 8 (where you literally would not be able to do 1 or 2 more)!. You don't need to go completely to failure, but almost there!.

I think you may want to also include a plate-loaded machine leg press!. (see my first source)
For this you can do sets of 15 on a different day from when you did squats!.

Actually, running won't help!. Or won't help much in comparison to squats!. Your muscles get bigger as they rest from a resistance workout!. You should be doing squats, and perhaps some other leg exercises, two or three times a week!. Running is great for you and your health, but in terms of getting bigger thighs, you are denying your muscles the rest it needs to get bigger!.

If your leg are very slender, what you've been doing will make them bigger!. I was so skinny in high school that I gained weight while running cross-country!. But for the quickest results, don't run much!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

running will not get ur legs big, it will make them more lean though!. doing squats, lunges, and all those leg machines should help u out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
