How do i get my triceps stronger and add mass to them?

im 16yrs i do football,and wrestling. i am stronger than most of the people on either team but my arms are smaller than most of the other peoples arms. i want to look as strong as i am.HELP PLZ!!

First of all... You avoided the mistake that most people make when working out the arms. The triceps are 2/3 of the arm's mass, so you should focus more on them than biceps to bulk up.

With triceps, you need to remember that you are really working with 3 muscles: inner, middle, and outer triceps. Each one of these needs to be worked out individually as well as in combination.

It mostly depends on the grip you take when doing the exercises which tricep head you are focusing on.

Try doing cable pulldowns with various grips (also use different extensions for the cable: rope, straight bar, EZ-curl extension, etc. Another great exercise is the lying tricep extension. Lay down on your weight bench with an EZ-curl or straight bar. Do one set with a normal grip, another with your hands about 6 inches apart, and another with the hands farther out than normal.
