Basically you have to eat what you're eating alot of protein and stuff like that!.!.!.

But if you had too much fat in the beginning, that would go away before the muscle would start!. Usually muscle is harder to get than to lose fat, so the fat goes first and the muscles come next!. You need to make sure that you increase your exercises as you get used to them so that your body can get more of a challenge, it won't do much if you're doing the same thing over and over again and its easy, you know!?

Anyway, I would say just stick with it, you are probably developping muscle you just can't see it yet! It takse a while to become a msucle man :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

You might want to have a bit more protein!. Do you have a personal trainer!? Have you increased the amount your lifting!?

Remember that it does take a while for your to see results!.
Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop working out so much!. You are getting smaller because you are overtraining!. When you workout hard (and if you aren't working out hard then you might as well not bother) you do not only stress the muscles but your whole body - immune system, cardiovascular system etc and you need to allow these to recover too!. Workout no more than three times a week for no more than an hour at a time and do not do cardio for at least a month and certainly not until you've started to gain both muscle and fat!.

You need to monitor what you are eating because you need more than just protein!. The fact that you are skinny points to the fact that you are not eating enough of the right foods!. It might be that once you start training properly you will find that you are gaining weight - if not you will need to eat more!. There is no rule as to how much you need to eat - if you aren't gaining weight then you need to keep eating more until you do!. Your current diet appears to be missing a lot of vital nutrients - there is no veg in there and little fruit!. Go to the link below, join and start reading the nutrition articles on the members page!. Also go to a site such as fitday!.com and record your food intake so that you can check on its nutritional balance!.

If you are exercising and eating right then you will gain weight!. There are no phases and indeed you should gain weight quickly at the start!. If you aren't then you are doing something wrong and you need to correct it urgently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
