I am 34, 5'4" and weigh 130lbs!. by all standards including my BMI I am average weight!. You need to gain some weight!. You're still growing, so don't drive yourself crazy!. If you wanna gain healthy weight, do some weight training!. It builds muscle, not fat!. And muscle weighs more than fat!. Also you would have to increase your caloric intake!. If you double it, do it with healthy foods, or you'll just put junk in your trunk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At 13yrs old you are still growing!. For your height your weight seems normal, but if that weight is mostly fat then you should speak to a physician or maybe your parents for advice!.
