Need Help weight loss/ Exercise?!


Question: Need Help weight loss/ Exercise!?
so i ran/jogged last night whil watching a movie (portable dvd player) on the tread mill, i felt happy for some reason, i justr recently started to want to loose about 10-15 pounds, i weighed my self, then i began ecersising and cutting back calories, but i gained 4 lbs the next week!?!?!?
what happend i did not eat nearly as much as i did before!.
i read that sleep can cause increase in weight!.
so i go to bed around 2-3 am daily and wake up at 10!? is that enough sleep or should i go to bed earlier!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

my advice if you want to lose weight i've been through that too and i lost lots of weight!.!.
1st you have to believe in yourself and know that when ever it gets worse the better the soloution would be
1st youu have to drink water as much as you can atleast 3liters a day/
2nd try no to eat carbs with protiens it isss totally wrong and hass lots off bad effects for those who gain easily!.
no diet pepsi only diet 7up or sprite bec the dark coke usually makes a billy!.
eat apple and lettuce as much as you can mostly every 4 hours to increase the body buring rate
and always avoide the tomatoes bec it slows ur body burning rate/
