Hi all ,, i'm 180cm,,, 85kg,, i started my dite 3 days ago ,, when i went to Gym 2 dayi felt little dizzy so i dicided to stop training ,, can any 1 help me !? what is the proble mwith me ,, i play 2 times a week basketball for 2 hours ,, i think i didn't sleep well last night ,, and i didn't drink water good in the training !.!. you need to stay hydrated when you got the the gym and in any form of exercise its just foolish and reckless to undertake rigorous exercise without so much as a bottle of water!. dont give up on the gym just take it easy to start with!. listen to your body it will tell you when you have had enough working out you should not push your self to hard when you first start!.
if your diet is the type of diet that makes you cut down on all sorts of food then quit your diet could also be why your dizzy!.
and sleep is very important your body can not function without good amounts of sleep!. iv been where you are before and iv been on the brink of quitting but just stay with it if you do it right a healthy body is the greatest gift you can give yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

first off, you need to drink ALOT of water!. part of loosing weight is to drink water to cleanse your body from toxin!.!.!. water also goes along with dieting!. if you play ball 2 times a week for a good hour or so and you're sweating, its good to drink gatorade to replace the electrolites (basically the salt in ur body) as well as drinking water!. i used to be the captain of my girls' bball team and we were required to drink gatorade (not powerade cuz powerade has too much sugar) along with water at practise and at games!. and as for your diet, be a little bit more specific!.!.!. but as long as you're eating a well balanced, healthy diet, you should be ok!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

It must have been because u were tired!. You didnt have a good sleep the night before plus you started a dite which means that you will feel a lil bit tired and dizzy coz you're losin weight and your body is not used yet on the unsteadiness that is happenin to you!.
You should drink alot of water before and after the trainin not while trainin!.

i always feel light headed in the morning because i havent eaten!. make sure you are eating plentiful amounts as it sounds like you are food deprived!. keep food amounts the same in diet but change healthiness level such as replacing bread with fruit!.
make sure you have at least 8 hours sleep too and try to drink around a litre (8 glasses) of water a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on your diet!.!.!.and the kind of trainning that you are doing!.!.!.Give a little more detail and i could help!. I myself im about the same height and weight the only time i feel dizzy after a work out is when i haven't had anything to eat!.!.!.Also never stop trainning because of this reason unless you have an speceific condition like diabetes or something elseWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need to make sure you drink 2 litres of water a day! That's very important!. Also make sure you eat slow release carbs to give you energy like, porridge etc!.
