Here is a fairly simple equation to use!. It works most of the time but not for everyone, always!. Get your height in inches!. For you, that is 65 inches!. Multiply that by 1!.8!. That gives you 117!. That is your ideal weight, in pounds!. But people are different!. So the range would be from 107 lbs!. to 127 lbs!. In kilos, roughly, the range would be 50 kilos to 60 kilos!.
You definitely do NOT want to go below 107 lbs!. (49 kilos) as you could have serious health problems, if you do!.
Probably, you should shoot for 115 lbs!. to 120 lbs!. What is more important than your weight, though, is how you look and feel!. If, at 120 lbs!. you feel tired or you are sick all the time, you need to weigh more!.
Also, go by how you look!. Someone, at 115 lbs!. may look extremely skinny!. That probably means 115 lbs!. is an unhealthily low weight for that person!. Others can go to 130 lbs!. or even 140 lbs!. and still look toned and slim!. Sports stars are often like that!. She is a child!. She needs a doctors advice on how to lose weight if she needs it and a nutritionist to tell her what is best for a growing child!. Don't mess with diets on a growing child!. GET HELP with it and follow the doctors advice!. At 13 she is going to continue to grow so losing weight might be dangerous!. She will get thinner as she gets taller!.!.!.!.

I am 5'5 and weigh 135, when I get any thinner I am too skinny and people have to make sure that you know that for some reason!. All the answers here just go to show you that you need a correct analysis first, because height is not always a correct determination for weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
