Could you please support me?!


Question: Could you please support me!?
I've decided to eat nothing all day and drink only water for the next week!. Ya see I'm going to the great wolf lodge!. And I remember being sick for 16 days once not being able to eat any thing!. I was so stinking skinny after 1 week!.

So any encouraging words!. BTW - I'm not going to waste myself!. I'm gonna lift weights too!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's time we ignored people who believe in 7 meals each day!.

Don't forget to go for a run or something to burn extra calories!.

If that doesn't work, this is what I do!.!.!. Works wonders!

My advice is to flush all the toxins out of your body!.

You can do this by eating LOTS of watermelon, drinking HEAPS of water, and not eating ANY junk food AT ALL!!

This works for me!. After a few days, you might feel sick, but this is good - it means your body is getting rid of the bad stuff!. A week after you will feel fantastic!! Around that point you should go for a run each day for about 15 minutes!. Do this for two weeks while eating healthy and drinking plenty of water!.

I can guarantee that you will lose weight, feel way better about yourself, and look much better!.

No way am I going to support something so incredibly stupid!. If you're serious about your health, you should eat healthily and exercise to lose weight!. The weight will come right back after you fast for a week!. Do you know what happens when people starve themselves!? Their bodies hold on to whatever fat that they can, because they think they're going to need it!. You will slow your metabolism, and end up GAINING weight in the end!. Fasting is such a dumb thing to do!. People need to learn how to lose weight the right way!. Lifting weights won't do sh*t if your body doesn't have anything to fuel it, smartass!. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean protein and whole grains!. Exercise regularly!. If you can do that you will lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to lose weight, go to an expert!. Train hard, do tons of cardio (2 times a week is ok)!. Never, NEVER, skip breakfast!. Eat loads of veggies and fruits!. Try to avoid carbohydrates, such as bread, granola bars, rice!. You might have lost weight when you were sick, not only because of not eating, but actually because when you're sick you tend to get weaker thus lose more weight!. Don't do stupid diets!. Stay healthy and try hard, exercise, eat healthy and you'll stay skinny for the rest of your life!. Otherwise, you'll just lose the weight and then gain is asap when you start eating again, because now your body will think you'll starve it again and will tend to retain everything it can (making you fatter)!.
Stay healthy, no matter what!. Don't bother knowing, or wondering what people may think or say!. Take care of yourself!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
