Diet suggestions for rapid weight loss...any help?!


Question: Diet suggestions for rapid weight loss!.!.!.any help!?
I'm trying to lose weight fast so that i can join the air force in january!. Ive been running and doing crunches every day but the weight wont come off, im thinking that i need a very strickt diet, but i dont know where to start!. Any one who can help please, i take any suggestions!. This is very important to me, i just need help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight training!. This will speed up your metabolism!. Muscle is a fat burning machine!.

As for diet, eat when your hungry, but make it count!. Everything you eat should include healthy fats, proteins, fiber, essential vitamins, and healthy carbs (from vegetables)!.

Drink about 80 oz of water a day!. Use a pinch of sea salt on your dinner!. The water will keep you feeling full and help you not to snack!. The sea salt gives you minerals you don't get from regular salt!. Eat a banana to get back some nutrients the water washes out!. Try it for at least a week and I bet you lose at least 5 lbs, even without cutting calories!. It's also good to have an egg a few times a week with this diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Spiralina (found in health food stores), lay off bread for awhile, every thing breaded and or deep fried, absolutly now white flour for awhile, muscle weighs more than fat!. More water, fruits and expecially veggies!. Less dairy might help!. Less pasta!. but remember you need the carbs (such as in pasta) to keep you energized!. Mrre imortantly be sure to keep your brain sharp!.

If you eat a burger get rid of the bun!. Flush your system rather than starve it!. (just a bunch of thoughts) oh ya pie is out!. If you are a drinker go to grapefruit and vodka called grey hounds!. Vodka soda too no beer or sweet shooters!. etc!.

k!.!. heres wat you do!.!. keep exercising AND use the point system
Here are a few staple foods with points!. You can have 20 points a day if your a woman and 24 if ur a man!.

slice of bread: 1!.5 points
40g cereal: 3 points
chocolate 100g: 8 points
potato chips 100g: 8 points
apple: 1 point
tomato: 0 points!!
carrot: 0 points!!

k i seriously have a mental block right now!. i cant think of any more foods!.!.

heres how u work out food points!.
per 250kj its one point which is the equivilant of 60-70 calories

eg: so chocolate is 2000kj per 100g (500 cals) = 8points!.!.


sounds difficult to work out but you'll get used to it really really fast!.
also keep an eye on carbs and saturated fats (look on the nutrition panal on the packeging)
no more that 25g fat per day

don't overdo it!. i'm vegan, and i can personally tell you that cutting out dairy and wheat will do wonders!. if you're a meat eater, while i don't approve of it for myself personally, i think sticking with fish is your best bet!. eat your fruits and vegetables and watch your portions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
