Question: How long (minutes) should I start running to lose weight!?

I'm 15 years old and i weight about 86 kg and 1!.8m height!.
From 2003, the year that I moved to Canada, I started to gain weight!.!.!.I dont know why!.!.!.
anyways!.!.!. I decided to start running outside!.!.!.but i feel kinda shy you know!.!.!.whenever i see girls !.!.!.i feel shy!.!.!.
Well!.!.!.I dont Know if i should run 1 hour!.!.!.7 days a week or !.!.!.

okay so im trying too!. i found that if i walk!.job(power) everyday and eat small portions a day will help you loose weight, because the body does not have any extra calories to store as fat!.
i dont like going out side either=( people!.!.you know!.!.anyways!.
breakfeast is key, and geting enough sleep will definatly help!.
you sould walk if your endurance is low because its best to keep your exercising CONSTANT!. but if you can sure run!. running burns more calories, but like before you cant keepp it up as long!.

I am 14 and height 5`3 and my weight is 120 lbs while my BMI is 21!.5 and I still run 5 km a day!.
