Bodybuilding breakfast ?!


Question: Bodybuilding breakfast !?
what is a good breakfast fir the muscles i have been eating 6 eggs and oats up until now i just want a change any idea's!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey bud :) Thanks for your answer on moving to Canada!. lol And the compliment, too!.
So anyway, your breakfast sounds pretty good on the protein side of things, however, you could be getting a little too much fat and cholesterol from the 6 yolks!. I like to use one yolk for every 3-4 eggs!. I usually put a small hole (using the point of a knife) in the top and bottom of an egg, then blow in one of the holes, and the white will start to ooze out the other hole, into your container!. When the yolk starts to come out, turn the egg over and do the same again, untill the yolk starts to come out!. Then throw the egg out and do the same with the other eggs, only cracking one full egg into every 3-4 whites!. Add a little milk, maybe some salt and pepper, then mix it all well with a fork, and microwave it for a minute, stir, then again for another 45 secs, and you should have a great protein meal ready to go!.!.!! Put it on some toast and you got urself some carbs, aswell!. And it will fill you up a little more, too!.
Oats are good, but filling!. You want some energy to start your day, so go oats every second day, with egg whites on the other days!.
As for supplements, refer to my last post on supplements, which you already read, im sure!.
Try focus on smaller meals, more often, rather than 3 square meals!. THis will speed ur metabolism!. Also, focus on protein and carbs!. Protein is fish, chicken, tuna, egg whites, milk, lean red meat, and nuts!. Carbs = breads, cereals, oats, rice, pastas, veggies!.
To bulk up, eat untill you are full at each meal!. Good snacks are things like rice cakes(there are tons of different flavours now), nuts, small tins of tuna, banana sandwiches(mashed with a fork), or egg white and tomato sandwiches!. Fruit is always good, so eat as much as u like!.
As for your training, train 3-5 times a week, splitting up 2 muscle groups a day, such as Chest and Biceps, or Back and Triceps, or Shoulders and Legs!. You can do abs on any day u like, or EVERY day if you want to !. Train no longer than 1 hr a session, and 3-4 exercises of 3-4 sets per exercise is plenty!. Train hard, use good form, and get 8-12 reps per set with the appropriate weight, and you will get good results in no time :)

LOL that's what I have EVERY morning ( even being pregnant ) but just the egg whites and 1 yolk - not the whole egg !. You could make a egg white omelet and add mozz cheese ( good fat ) and veggies or put it all into a whole wheat wrap !. Or look on the internet for protein pancakes that you can make with egg whites , oatmeal and cottage cheese !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i like a whole wheat bagel with 5 egg whites and a glass of milk
some other choices that are good are
special k protein plus ceral it has 10g protein 14g carbs and 3g fat per serving i have 3 servings with 8oz milk and a banana sometimes i add on a lil whey protein powder
Protein powder in ceral or oatmeal isnt bad with a banana on the side or some berries in the ceral

2 slices of whole wheat toast w/ natural peanut butter and a chicken breast i like that i mean you dont have to have breakfast foods for breakfast considering all other besides eggs and fruit are usually unhealthy so have w/e those are just some of my ideas

and no supplements are not the way to go for breakfast u need FOOD just supplements arent good they supplement a good diet hence the word so eat a good breakfast with alot of food!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating a little ham, breakfast sausage, or beans!. The have a lot of protein and are good for your bones and muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
