Workout during my period ?!


Question: Workout during my period !?
Does it affect my health !?
I usually workout for two hours, is it considered normal to not be able to finish the two hours!. Meaning is it normal to get tired earlier in the workout !?

yes its normal because during your period your estrogen levels fluctuate and make you feel kinda crummy sometimes, not to mention that sometimes streneous activity will make your flow heavier and give you more cramps, so during your period, i would still workout, just not as much as you normally do to avoid feeling worse!. sometimes being on your period gives you a feeling of being pregnant, which alot has to do with fatigue, so just take it easy for those couple of days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes it's normal!. and you are working out wayy too much if your profession isn't an athlete of some sort!. 45 minutes a day is more than enough!. u need to stop obsessingWww@Answer-Health@Com
