Question: Please help me, am i of to a good start!?
ok, I'm 14 and i think I'm overweight, my doctor said i was getting up there and should watch my weight and watch what i eat more carefully!. well i stopped drinking pop (all soda products) and haven't drank any for 1-2 months, ive lost little weight!. can someone give me specific foods that will help me lose weight, and give me exercises to try out!. i dont want my parents knowing because they will get all worried and tell me i don't need to lose any when i know i do, my doctor said so!.

so heres my questions:
1) can anyone tell me what foods to eat (please be specific)
2)exercises to do without lettin my parent know

i prefer to loser weight quickly, but if it don't i don't really care, i just want to be at the hweight wieght lvl

alright well

1) Lemon and water make you lose stomach excise water or something weird in your stomach that you dont need, kinda like bloating but not really!. so it gets rid of that causing your stomach to get smaller and you lose weight!.

2) Go for a morning run, running really helps you lose weight, no joke its amazing what running can do!. Also run up and down your stairs, do push ups and crunches, and do exercises on an exercise ball if you have one!.

good luck and also dont do crash diets, or go anorexic or any of that it doesnt work and that isnt the way to go

1!. High fibre foods - rye bread, psyllium husk, veggies, fruit & wholegrains, brown rice
Negative Calorie foods (foods that you use more calories to consume and digest than is actually in them) - celery and other green vegies & fruits
2!. Resistance exercises which use your body weight - sit ups / crunches, squats / lunges & push ups / tricep dips
(resistance exercise increases your metabolism, which means you're burning more calories during normal day to day stuff)

Eat high fiber and protein bars first thing in the morning, this will give you a full feeling for the most part of the day, then eat a big healthy dinner, and do it early, then go for a bike ride, your parents will think you are just getting to be more outdoorsy!. If you snack, make it lowfat, and small, like grapes, or pretzels!.
